The short version
Little Closer helps you share drawings, notes and photos with people you invite into your spaces. We use the information you provide to operate the service, deliver your moments, keep accounts secure and help you when something goes wrong.
Information we use
- Your account and spaces: your chosen name, guest account and session identifiers, memberships and invitation records. If you link Sign in with Apple for recovery, we receive an Apple identifier and store an encrypted Apple refresh token.
- Your moments: drawings, notes, photos, captions, replies, reactions and personal favorites, along with who shared them and when. Word challenges include the word, hint, guesses and results.
- Your devices: notification and widget registration tokens used to deliver updates. The latest widget content and some app data may be cached on your device.
- Service information: IP addresses, request paths, status codes and timing may be processed for security, operation and troubleshooting. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send.
Sharing with your people
Members of a space can see its shared moments, including moments shared before they joined. Your favorites are personal to your account. Invitation links are one-use and time-limited; anyone with a valid link may be able to join, so share them only with people you trust. Image downloads require a signed-in member of the space.
Little Closer is not end-to-end encrypted. The service operator and hosting infrastructure can technically access stored content. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Services that help us
We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the service. Apple provides app distribution, push notifications, Sign in with Apple when you choose to use it, and App Store billing for purchases made through Apple. This website uses Cloudflare Pages and Google Fonts. These providers process information as needed for their services and under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. To ask for access, correction or deletion of your account or information, email us at rajeshmone15@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account. Shared content and backups may require additional handling; we will explain the effect of deletion when responding to your request.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or shared content. Removing your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage that separately through Apple.
Your choices
You decide what to share and whom to invite. You can control notification permissions in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us below with any request or question.
